WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

You can visit our size chart to take a look at all our difference apparel sizes.  All tees are measured in flat inches, so if you own a tee you really enjoy the fit of you can lay it flat and measure it to compare it to our chart.  While all of our shirts are pre-shrunk, shirts can shrink depending on the method of washing so if you are in between sizes, you may want to order up to be safe.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER.

If you need to change something on your order, please contact us right away by emailing us at woof@happyrescuetails.com
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are generally produced and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add woof@happyrescuetails.com to your safe sender list.

WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

International shipments may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at woof@happyrescuetails.com and include a picture of the wrong or defective item.  We'll make sure to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

All of our items are custom printed.  This means that when you order them, the blanks get sent to the printer and your item is made especially for you.  Because all Happy Rescue Tails apparel is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than the product received was incorrect or defective.
